1. Q: Can I shop on your website if I am not a member? If not, how to get myself signed up?
A: If you want to place an order on our website directly, you have to signed up first. That’s recommended! If you really have problems to access our ordering system, you could contact our Online Help, and we still accept excel table orders, our agents will give you the standard excel table.
About signing up, you could click “Sign Up Now” on login page, and follow the directions.
2. Q: How to place an order? And your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: You could sign up on our website first, and then simply add the items into your shopping cart, and you would get an unprocessed order after you checkout. We usually will confirm the order shortly. And we will arrange the delivery right after we got your payment.
If you have problems to access our ordering system, please remember we still accept excel table orders, you could download the Standard Order Table(or click here), and fill in the details of the items you want, and then send the table to our agents in time. And our MOQ is 15 items, you could mix with other styles or colors.
3. Q: How to send the payment to you guys?
A: You could send the payment to us by Western Union, Bank Transfer(T/T), or even Paypal. For the detail information please go to Payment page on our website.
4. Q: How long/frequently you guys update the items?
A: We usually update our items every week.
5. Q: Can we order on your website if we are from foreign countries?
A: Yes, of course you can! We could deliver worldwide.
6. Q: How to contact you guys if I have any problems?
A: You could contact us easily by emails, phone calls, MSN or Yahoo! Messenger. For the detail information please go to Contact Us page on our website.
7. Q: What credit mean on your website? Can I use them?
A: We usually will offer some credits on each of your orderes after you received your package. If you get enough credits, you could use them to exchange items on “Gift for Credits” section on the website.
8. Q: Why I can’t login/sign up/modify my info on your website? What happened?
A: Our website usually runs excellently under Internet Explorer(6.0/7.0/8.0), or any other browser which use the kernel of IE, such as TheWorld, Maxthon. I also tested, Google Chrome works good too. But we still have problems with Firefox or Safari, if you use those two, you could try the ones I recommended instead.
9. Q: Did you guys make any real photos of your products? Because many websites just use magzine pictures.
A: Yes, we do have real shot photos on our website, and we also use some magzine pictures at the same time, but we guarantee that the items will just look like the same ones with the photos, especially the ones we shot by ourselves! Those one with a girl image water-mark (white) are the real shots.
